Standard Business Forms

Standard business forms are essentially business forms that all businesses need to fill out in order to either become legal entities or maintain their status as legal entities. Standard business forms also include contracts, leasing, hiring and firing forms that ensure that the business will grow, shrink or stay exactly the same. Whatever type of business that you happen to be in, it’s likely that you will be required to file most of these forms for the sake of your business.

There are forms that one will need to fill out when you start up a company, including agreements with shareholders and partners, forms for insurance (just in case the company does not pan out within the year) and the like. On top of the start-up standard business forms that people must fill out before a business is established, there are forms that need to be filled out that would help provide legitimacy for the business – landlord/tenant forms (also known as residential forms) prove that the business has office space or a base of operations. There are also bookkeeping forms, accounting forms, legal agreement forms, hiring and firing forms, as well as sales contracts (or service contracts, depending on the kind of business that you have). For the most part all you need to remember about standard business forms is that they would be constantly updating the status of your business.
